National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) is an autonomous body under the aegis of Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and is registered under the Societies Act. NABL has been established with the objective to provide Government, Industry Associations and Industry in general with a scheme for third-party assessment of the quality and technical competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Government of India has authorized NABL as the sole accreditation body for Testing and Calibration laboratories.

In order to achieve this objective, NABL provides laboratory accreditation services to laboratories that are performing tests / calibrations in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ISO 15189:2007 for medical laboratories. These services are offered in a non-discriminatory manner and are accessible to all testing and calibration laboratories in India and abroad, regardless of their ownership, legal status, size and degree of independence.

SA 8000 Certificate

SA8000 (Social Accountability 8000) is the first international certification on social responsibility. It was launched in 1997 by CEPAA - Council on Economic Priorities Accreditation Agency, an NGO, later renamed to SAI - Social Accountability International. Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000) is the first global standard for corporate social responsibility. SA8000 is based on both international human rights´ conventions (International Labour Organization, the International Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child) and satisfying relevant local legislation. It aims to guarantee basic rights of workers involved in the production processes. SA8000 follows the structures of both the Quality Management Standards ISO9000 and the Environment Management Standard ISO14000, and emphasizes the importance of an on-going improvement process.

ISO 20000 Certification

An IT Service Management (ITSM) System is a systematic approach to managing the IT services delivered to customers (internal or external). It is centered on the customer's perspective of IT's contribution to the business. ITSM has ties with process improvement (e.g. TQM, Six Sigma) and is concerned with "back office" information technology for enterprises, not technology that is a company's primary product. ISO/IEC 20000 is based on and replaces BS 15000, the internationally recognized British Standard. ISO 20000 is the world's standard for IT service management. ISO 13485 Audit

ISO 13485 is an international standard, recognized throughout the world for establishing a business management system specific to the medical device industry. ISO 13485 is applicable to organizations that manufacture private label medical devices, in vitro diagnostic medical devices, and medical components. The ISO 13485 standard supplements ISO 9001 and has many of the same requirements. Some of the additional requirements to ISO 9001 requirements relate to

ISO 16949 Certificate

ISO/TS16949 was developed by the world's leading automotive manufacturers, and is based on ISO 9001 and national quality standards within the automotive industry. It can be applied to manufacturers worldwide – for cars, their parts, components or systems.

ISO/TS 16949:2002 has been written and adopted by the industry as the new international quality management system specification for automotive suppliers. A committee of vehicle manufacturers known as the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) was formed to develop a new quality management system specification. The IATF consists of an international group of vehicle manufacturers, BMW Group, DaimlerChrysler, Fiat Auto, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, PSA Peugeot-Citroen, Renault SA and Volkswagen, plus national trade associations, AIAG (America), VDA (Germany), SMMT (UK), ANFIA (Italy) and FIEV (France).

ISO 10001 Certification

ISO 10001:2007 provides guidance for planning, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and improving customer satisfaction codes of conduct. ISO 10001:2007 is applicable to product-related codes containing promises made to customers by an organization concerning its behaviour. Such promises and related provisions are aimed at enhanced customer satisfaction. Annex A provides simplified examples of components of codes for different organizations. ISO 10001:2007 is intended for use by organizations regardless of type, size and product provided, including organizations that design customer satisfaction codes of conduct for use by other organizations. Annex C gives guidance specifically for small businesses.

ISO 10001:2007 does not prescribe the substantive content of customer satisfaction codes of conduct, nor does it address other types of codes of conduct, such as those that relate to the interaction between an organization and its personnel, or between an organization and its suppliers.ISO 10001:2007 is not intended for certification or for contractual purposes, and it is not intended to change any rights or obligations provided by applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
